PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION: Amoxicillin is a B-lactam antimicrobial agent with a broad spectrumof antibacterial effects, The antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity of am picillin arebasically the same as that of ampicillin. The antibacterial activity of ampicillin against mostGram-positive bacteria is slightly weaker than that of penicillin, and it is sensitive to penicillinaseso it is ineffective against penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, it has a strong effect onGram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella andPasteurella, but these bacteria are easy to develop drug resistance. lt was not susceptible toPseudomonas aeruginosa, Because its absorption in monogastric animals is better than that ofampicillin and its blood concentration is higher, its efficacy against systemic infections is betterIt is suitable for systemic infections ofrespiratory system, urinary system, skin and soft tissuecaused by sensitive bacteria. Amoxicillin is quite stable to gastric acid, with 74% to 92% absorptionafter oral administration in monogastric animals.

 

DRUG INTERACTION: (1)The combination ofthis product and aminoglycosides can increase theconcentration ofaminoglycosides in the bacteria, showing a synergistic effect.

(2)Macrolides, tetracyclines and amide alcohols and other fast acting antibacterial agents interfere with the bactericidal effect of this product, and should not be used in combination.

 

FUNCTION AND USE: Beta-lactam antibiotics. lt is used for infection caused bypenicillin-sensitive bacteria in chickens and pigs.

 

USAGE AND DOSAGE: 100 grams of medicine mixed with 1 liter ofwater, chicken and pig 0.5g.
