The activity against actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella and mycoplasma is stronger than tylosin. 95% of Pasteurella hemolyticus strains are sensitive to this product.

Pharmacokinetic absorption is rapid after internal administration, characterized by strong tissue penetration, large volume of distribution (greater than 2L/kg), high concentration in the lung, elimination half-life of up to 1 to 2 days, and effective blood concentration maintenance time.
