1.PS foam sheet extrusio line is for making ps foam sheet roll ,the roll could be processed into many kinds of foam container .capcity of this model machine is about 5.5 tons/24 hrs
The raw material is general purpose polystyrene granules
It adopts high speed non-stop hydraulic filter and PLC controller ,advanced structure ,stable performance and easy to operate.
The sheet width and thickness could be controlled by the machine ,also the color changeable
2.Fully automatic vacuum forming machine integrate forming ,cutting at the same time,also the foam products could come out automatically,It is vacuum forming as well as press forming and synthetically forming, It can be used for processing all kinds of plastic sheet. It adopts PLC controller and touch screen to control the working programmer,It is easy to operate and features high degree of automatic.
