How to use palm oil press, follow the steps below:

1. First step:

Washing: Wash the palm fruit or palm kernel to remove sand and impurities.

Crushing: Break the palm fruit or palm kernel into small pieces for subsequent processing.

2. Preparation for pressing‌:

‌Inspect equipment‌: Ensure that the palm oil press and its ancillary equipment are clean, intact and ready for use‌.

Adding raw materials: Send the pre-treated palm kernels or fruits into the palm oil press to prepare for pressing.

3. Pressing process:

Adjust the pressure‌: According to the situation, adjust the chamber pressure to ensure the pressing effect‌.

Pressing: Start the palm oil press to squeeze out the oil from the raw material through the double helix structure to form a mixture of oil, water and solid impurities.

4. Subsequent processing:

‌Impurity separation‌: Crude palm oil is separated from the mixture through clarification equipment to remove impurities.

Palm oil press parameters:

1. Screw shaft speed: 70-100r/min

2. Power: motor (22kw-4 1460r/min)

3. Dimensions (mm): length x width x height = 2700x2400 * 1800 (excluding motor base)

4. Stand-alone heavy basin: 1800kg

5. Performance index: refers to the performance indicators of the following table can be achieved in the process of cleaning, shelling (separation), crushing (rolling), steaming and frying, etc., with reasonable use and operation, and continuous production by hot pressing method (pressing-times).
