3. Mechanical system

Stirring speed: 150-1000rpm, 50-740rpm, 30-350rpm;

4. Piping system: stainless steel pipes and stainless steel valves, and diaphragm valves are used in key parts.

Control system: It adopts the newly developed BL-BIO6000 series fermentation process automation control system, which is composed of Siemens PLC programmable controller, Kunlun Tong-state 7-inch color LCD screen and electrical components of international famous brands such as Schneider and ABB. Realize temperature, rotational speed, defoaming, feeding, pH, DO control and monitoring; can switch between manual control and automatic control at any time; the system consists of lower computer control system, sensors and actuators, etc., floor-standing control cabinet, Chinese Menu and interface, can record and display multiple parameter curves.
