Precautions
1 Fix the product label on the obvious but not easily damaged place of the stacker. The size and technical requirements of the sign shall comply with the provisions of GB/1'13 306 and GB 10827.
2. Fix the "load curve" sign at the conspicuous place of the driver, and the size of the sign shall comply with the provisions of GB/'r 13306.
3 Safety signs should be marked on the outside of the gantry.
4 The stacker truck should have obvious lifting position.
5 There should be a steel serial number mark on the obvious position of the stacker frame.
6 Before delivery, the manufacturer should do:
a) All accessories and tools should be provided with anti-rust or other protective measures;
b) Apply anti-rust oil to all exposed unpainted surfaces of stacker trucks:
c) Hydraulic components that must be sealed with lead must be approved by the inspector before being sealed;
d) All lubricating parts should be filled with enough lubricating grease;
e) All parts with relative movement on the stacker should be fixed accordingly:
f) Hydraulic oil should be added to the specified position
