This TPE dipahragm repair kit is use in AUTEL 1 1/2'' AE1440B, AE1440R, AE2440B, AE2440R pulse valves. Because the diaphragm of pulse valve is a flexible mechanism which needs to open and close frequently to control the air flow, it requires good flexibility and as high sealing as possible. This diaphragm is made of TPE, which has many advantages as following:

1. Chemical resistance
2. fatigue resistance
3. Aging resistance
4. high resilience
4. high temperature resistance, can be used in a wide temperature range from -40 ℃ to 85 ℃
5. high strength, service life is 4-5 times longer than that of comparable, conven-tional fabric diaphragms.
