The machine structure is simple, strong, smooth operation, crushing material fast, uniform, good effect. This machine is made of stainless steel material, all the tooth groove inside the case (crushing groove) by precision machining so as to achieve smooth surface, easy to clean, change the ordinary grinder wall rough, easy to collect powder, difficult to clean phenomenon, so that food, medicine, chemical production more can meet the national standards, to meet the GMP health requirements.
The machine is composed of a frame, a feeding motor, a main motor, a grading motor, an induced fan, a hopper, a grinding chamber, a dust collector, a cyclone separator and so on. The grinding chamber is equipped with grading device, gear ring, grinding cutters and other main components. The grading device is hanging type, the grinding spindle is solid shaft, the bearing is labyrinth sealed, and the feeding is spiral conveying.
