Thermal Lamination Film is widely used in packaging and printing industries. We have three kinds:
1.BOPP Thermal Lamination Film: The base film is BOPP, with EVA coated, double side corona treatment
2. PET Thermal Lamination Film: The base Film is PET, with EVA coated, double side corona treatment.
3. Metallized Thermal Lamination Film: The base film could be BOPP or PET, it's decided by the customers, single side corona treatment.
Each kind of Thermal Laminating Film is made by extrusion coating process to combine the two layers. One side with BOPP Film properties and the other side with heat sensitive surface used for dry laminator.
We have both Matt and Gloss surface.
