It is similar with Impregnated diamond Core Bit, its cutting media is synthetic diamond, but its manufacturing process is electroplating synthetic diamonds to the Core Bit Steel body in the electroplated liquid under certain strictly controlled conditions. Electroplated diamond Bits are recommended for drilling soft to hard formations for different hardness different bit matrices can be produced, elctroplated diamond bit havs advantage of fast drilling speed, longer overall bit life. We can supply male thread elctroplated diamond core bit with 60mm, 75mm, 94mm, 113mm, 133mm, 153mm, 171mm, 200mm and 245mm.
