The production process of watch hands

Watch hands are the most common watch accessories on wrist watch, and their exquisite workmanship can add a lot of charm to the watch. Custom watch hands look simple, but the production process requires multiple processes to complete, I will briefly talk about some processes. First, we need to customize the mold according to the customer's requirements, we will make the CAD drawing before customizing the mold. Second, after the mold of the watch needle is completed, it will be installed on the stamping machine to punch the needle, and the prototype of the watch hands will be presented in rows. Third, cut a whole row of needles punched out according to the length of the drawing, separate them into individual watch hands, and then arrange them neatly on different molds for the next step of processing . Fourth, the pointers neatly arranged on the mold will be processed by wire drawing, polishing or matte watch hands and other processes as needed.  After the treatment, the needle will be washed to separate the mold and the pointer. Fifth, the watch hands are surface treated, such as electroplating color, oil injection, sandblasting, etc. or filled with luminous or ink . The above is the process of watch hands custom.
