Gate configuration: equipped with full-closed gate, shear gate, slip gate and semi-closed gate.
Gate features: The slip gate adopts a replaceable structural design, and the tooth design reduces the damage to the continuous tubing. There is a certain gap between the gate assembly and the gate chamber of the shell, allowing the gate to float up and down in the chamber, reducing the switch resistance and rubber core wear.
Through hydraulic control, when high-pressure oil enters the cylinder closing chamber, the piston and piston rod are pushed to move the gate assembly along the track defined by the guide ribs in the gate chamber toward the center of the wellhead to achieve well sealing. When high-pressure oil enters the cylinder opening chamber, the gate assembly moves away from the center of the wellhead to open the wellhead.
Reliable sealing: The front of the gate is equipped with rubber, which relies on the piston thrust to hold the pipe tightly to achieve sealing; the top rubber is installed on the plane of the gate, which presses the flange of the shell under the action of high-pressure well fluid at the wellhead to prevent the well fluid from overflowing from the top through hole; the well fluid pressure can also act on the bottom and rear of the gate to assist in sealing and enhance the sealing effect.
Easy to operate: The switch oil circuit interface is a quick-plug connector, which is easy to operate and equipped with protective measures, safe and reliable.
Adaptable to high pressure and special environment: Suitable for high-pressure wellheads and working environments containing H₂S, hydraulic drive, fast response speed, and manual locking device, high safety factor.
