DL-174 watch dial

This is Swiss made painting watch dial with chronograph function for 60seconds, 30 minutes and 12 hours. the background sandblasted in black or white with 3 CD patterns with functional numbers printing on small eyes. There are tapered lume index as hour index, 3,6,9 12 in bigger size. others in ordinary size as usual. All these indices are filled with Japanese green lume. (day in white, night in green, pls see below 4th photo). with date window at 4 1/2 position, the whole dial looks very simple, just painted the color on dial, then assembly the hour indices on watch dial. yes, even looks like very simple dial, but to make it in swiss made quality, also need to be careful for details. for example, the quality of sandblasted, as it would affect the final effect of dial too. to reach the right color during painting, also need to try several time to get right color on watch dial. even the lume on index, that is most precise work at our field. the lume on groove of index shoudlbe flat level as others, can't be bulged like a ball. this watch dial is very suitable for Chrono watch or Tachymeter watch.

1. Can you make copy or replica?

NO, we can't, all with Authority letter to export. with your own logo, it is fine.

2. Lead time for samples and production

Lead time for sample would be around 20-25days depends on the watch dial design

Lead time for mass production would be around 30-35days. 

3. Can you accept small order qty? 

yes, we accept small sample qty. like 50pcs.
