The mother child double-layer AGV parking robot adopts a design of "mother car+child car" and achieves omnidirectional movement through trackless navigation technology. Compared with the traditional mechanical parking garage, it can increase parking capacity by 50% -100% under the same footprint. This AGV parking equipment adopts laser navigation and comb tooth exchange technology, with a positioning accuracy of ± 5mm and a driving speed of 1.5m/s. A single device can carry 3.5 tons of vehicles. The mother vehicle is equipped with a self-developed hydraulic lifting system, which can accurately lift the vehicle to a height of 1.8 meters. Coupled with the sub vehicle's straight in and straight out clamp arm design, it achieves double layered three-dimensional parking. The total net height of the two-story garage is only 4.25 meters, of which the bottom floor has a net height of 1.66 meters, and the upper floor can accommodate more than 95% of SUV models, overturning the limitation of traditional garages where SUV parking spaces account for less than 30%.
