Galvanized square steel pipe is a kind of hollow square section steel pipe with square section shape and size made of hot-rolled or cold-rolled galvanized strip steel or galvanized coil steel after cold bending and forming, and then high-frequency welding, or galvanized square steel pipe made of previously cold bent hollow steel pipe after hot dip galvanizing.

Galvanized square tube is divided into hot galvanized square tube and cold galvanized square tube from the production process.

Advantages of galvanized square tube: galvanized tube has stronger protective effect and strong corrosion resistance. The whole structure is made of zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal, which forms a barrier on the steel plate, thus effectively preventing the penetration of corrosion factors. Corrosion resistance comes from the strong protective function of zinc barrier layer. When zinc is sacrificed to protect the cut edges, scratches and scratched parts of the coating, zinc will form an insoluble oxide layer to play a barrier protection role.
