Product Characteristics
1. Enhanced mechanical properties
- Tensile strength: 120-180 MPa (ISO 527 with 30% glass fibers)
- Flexural modulus: 8,000-10,000 MPa (ISO 178)
- Impact strength: 12-15 kJ/m² (Notched Izod, ISO 180)
2. Optimization of thermal properties
- Heat Distortion Temperature (HDT): 210-220°C (1.8 MPa, ISO 75)
- Coefficient of linear thermal expansion: 1.5 x 10-5/°C (parallel fiber direction)
- UL94 Flame Retardant Rating: V-0
3. Dimensional stability
- Molding shrinkage: 0.3-0.5% (60% lower than pure PA)
- Water absorption < 1.2% (ISO 62, 24 h immersion)
4. Chemical compatibility
Resistant to fuels, lubricants and coolants
Resistant to weak acids and bases (pH 4-9 environments)
