Level meter

There is a stainless steel floating ball inside the tank and a 10’ aluminum alloy dial plate on the left of the tank, which enables the operator to read the current oil volume clearly.

Operation system

Gauge include pump-in vacuum gauge, pump-out pressure gauge, pump tachometer, filer pressure differential gauge, etc.

Switch operation includes battery main switch, lighting switch, emergency stop switch, oil pump speed control knob, refuel valve, loop filer valve, sampling valve, and bottom valve control combination switch, etc.

All of those are controlled in a separate control room.

Function description

1. Reel refueling -after filter and measure, refueling for aircraft or other equipment by gravity.

2. Pump oil filter, make the oil of tank or external pipe to be filtered to achieve recirculating filtration.

3. Oil loading, from tank bottom by external pipe or oil pumping by pump.

Notice: pressure refueling system is optional, including PCV pressure control valve, venturi, remote magnetic switch (Deamdman) and other related accessories.
