The side mounted magnetic level indicator is a liquid level measurement device based on the principles of magnetic coupling and buoyancy.. It can be used to measure and control the liquid level in various equipment such as tanks, towers, spherical containers, and boilers, and is one of the important instruments in industrial automation process control.

The working principle of the side mounted magnetic level indicator is to use a magnetic float to rise and fall with the liquid level, and to drive the flipping column to flip through magnetic coupling to indicate the liquid level height. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge body tube also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red; When the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white border of the indicator represents the actual height of the liquid level inside the container.

It is widely used in various industrial production scenarios, including power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, food and other industries.
