The gel coat resin of high-quality FRP mould has high hardness, good toughness, corrosion resistance and weather resistance. Recommended for the manufacture of FRP molds. It is suitable for hand pasting or spraying.

How to use:

1. Choose the appropriate gel coat model before use.

2. Completely and thoroughly prepare the mold, and the surface of the mold determines the surface of the product.

3. Fully stir each barrel of gel coat before use, but the speed should be slow to avoid mixing bubbles.

4. Before starting the operation, the temperature of the gel coat and the mold should be kept at 16℃ -30℃, and the ideal mold temperature should be 2℃-3℃ higher than the gel coat temperature. In this way, a more glossy gel coat surface can be obtained after curing.

5. The relative humidity in the workshop should be lower than 80%, and the high humidity will lead to the increase of the required curing temperature. In addition, it is necessary to prevent water from accumulating on the surface of the mold.

6. The surface of the mold should be fully waxed, and silicone-containing demoulding wax should not be used. When using water-soluble demoulding wax, you must wait until the water evaporates before coating the gel coat.

7. Don't dilute with solvent. If low viscosity is needed in use, a small amount of styrene can be added.
