SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 vinyl resin description

SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is a high performance phenolic vinyl resin with excellent resistance to high temperature, corrosion and oxidation, as well as excellent solvent resistance in a light colour product. Its characteristic performance is excellent at 180℃.

The normal temperature hardening system used by SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is available:

(1) MEKPO/CoOCT

(2) SWANCOR Type C hardener /CoOCT.

When operating system temperature is low, SWANCOR 1300 accelerator is recommended to help CHEMPULSE 907

To reduce the exothermic temperature to reduce hot cracking, SWANCOR C-type hardener /CoOCT system should be used to harden.

SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 vinyl resin packaging, storage and handling

SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is usually packed in 55 gal iron drums with a net weight of 200 kg per barrel and 5 gal iron drums.

The net weight of each barrel is 20 kg. The resin needs to be stored in a cool place away from light.

(3). The gelation time of SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is mainly affected by the content of accelerator and the concentration of hardener.

Due to the difference of hardener, humidity, pigment fillers and other additives can affect the hardening characteristics, so it is recommended

When using this product, it is better for the operator to set the operating conditions by themselves and first test the hardening characteristics with a small amount.
