GP10C consists of 86WC-10Co-4Cr, which is one of the best-selling Tungsten Carbide Powder from XTC Luoyang . For this Tungsten Carbide Coating, the PSD is 15-45um and the composition is medium WC, 3um WC. GP10C production progress is agglomeration and sintering, which can make the coating compact micro structure and high bonding strength (>70MPa). The hardness of GP10C is 1250-1400 HV. Its max. operation temperature is 500 ℃(930 °F).

GP10C is also named HVOF Tungsten Carbide Coating, because of its HVOF/ HVAF application process. In addition, it also can be used APS. Regarding this, XTC Luoyang can provide testing and remote debuggling for customers, including any different requirements. GP10C has durable corrosion resistance、erosion resistance、wear resistance and high temperature resistance which can extend equipment service life. GP10C can be used in high pressure and salty environment, such as submarine oil and gas exploration, hydroturbine, gate and ball valve, papermaking roller, hydropower industry and so on. GP10C is in spherical shape since it is made by agglomerated and sintered process, which can help form excellent bonding strength. So its porosity is less than 0.5%.
