The S34-256-12A Pouch Battery Energy Saving Feedback Capacity Identity Cabinet is a high-precision testing device for lithium-ion battery formation and capacity grading. It can be used with the Battery Charge Discharge Test Equipment for fully automated processes. It can capture voltage, capacity, and other parameters in real-time, dynamically update grading, and share its data to the cloud. Additionally, the cabinet consists of an independent constant current/constant voltage control module, allowing each channel to act independently of the other. The cabinet achieves voltage/current accuracy of ±0.5‰ along with a four wire high-precision testing interface. In Li Ion Battery Capacity Tester Mode, the battery position can be shown intuitively in the graphical interface. The number of steps can be set to 32 step and the number of cycles can be set to 256 cycles enabling testing to a number of adaptive conditions. The cabinet has built-in power-off option and data recovery options. Also, the modular construction allows for much more efficient maintenance.

Also suitable for low-voltage discharge application requirements of lithium iron phosphate batteries. Precise Dynamic Control: Independent constant current and constant voltage source for each channel and an automatic calibration algorithm which achieves ≤50ms current rise time and fast channel start up response time. Wide-Specification Compatiblity: Supports batteries 5-16mm thick and freestanding center distances from 20-130mm to enable multi-size testing of pouch battery.
