Equipment Function Description
Our factory has developed the S13-512-6A lithium-ion cell formation equipment for cylindrical batteries. Our equipment contains a 16-channel programmable constant current and constant voltage control module. Each channel can work independently, without interfering with the other channels' status, in order to ensure that the tests are stable and reliable to carry out. It is able to perform accurate formation, or grading tests on these cylindrical batteries and can monitor parameters of the battery in real-time, such as voltage, current and capacity, as well as the equipment being able to automatically record the data and save it. Concerning the operation, it is able to be controlled remotely, via computer or the equipment can be directly controlled via the button panel, which is convenient and easy to set up.
