The A39-48/150A Bed-of-Nails Type Aluminum-Cased Power Battery Capacity Grading Equipment, is a highly precise automated device used specifically for the Li Ion Battery Capacity Tester. It is capable of testing 48 channels synchronously. Its main functions are to detect dynamically the parameters (voltage and capacity) of the battery during capacity grading, grade intelligently, and share data in the cloud. Using a bed-of-nails structure, the equipment can support customizable fixtures and trays to accommodate varying battery sizes (thickness: 5 - 16mm, tab spacing: 20 - 130mm). In the Battery Charge Discharge Test Equipment mode, through an independent constant-current and constant-voltage source, and a four-wire interface, this device can provide voltage/current accuracy (±0.5‰) and programming (for charging) 64 steps including constant-current and constant-voltage charging. In addition, the product has an energy feedback system, boasting a charging efficiency of ≥80% and an overall power-saving rate of greater than 60% energy consumption costs.
