High-Temperature Negative Pressure System
Dynamic environment control: Precise temperature control of 15-60℃ (±3℃) and adjustable negative pressure from -90kPa to 0kPa, guarantees that the uniformity of electrolyte impregnation is enhanced.
Two safety protections: Each layer comes with 2 smoke detectors and temperature measuring zones, to give abnormal conditions a response time of less than 1 second.

120A high current support: Wide range of charging and discharging current between 240mA-120A meets testing requirements for high rate batteries. As a Lithium Ion Battery Tester, ±(0.5‰ reading + 0.5‰ full scale) voltage accuracy, and ±(0.5‰ reading + 0.5‰ full scale) current accuracy.
Four-wire precision measurements: Contact resistance <1 milliohm to eliminate contact errors, enabling accuracy of data.
Intelligent sorting system: Supports automatic grading of measured performance by 12 parameters (capacity, voltage, platform etc.) increasing yield by 5%.
