XH-60W is a kind of high-performance high temperature cooking two component solvent based polyurethane adhesive by using advanced process formula, synthesis technology and high-quality raw materials. It is suitable for 135℃ high temperature cooking and disinfection of various plastic films and aluminum foil outer composite structures.

Product characteristics

60W food packaging adhesive has excellent heat resistance of aluminum foil cooking outer layer. With good cooking resistance, boiling resistance, products can withstand 135℃,30 minutes of high temperature cooking disinfection.This pu adhesive glue not only has good initial adhesion and bonding strength, inhibit tunnel phenomenon but also has good frost resistance and strong operability. has good wetting and leveling properties and is suitable for high and medium speed coating compound. Besides, when the aliphatic curing agent is used, it can be applied to the inner composite structure cooking.

Application range: general dry compound.

Coating method : gravure coating.

Coating amount :4-6g /m² (dry base, depending on the structure of the film after processing, use, quality requirements).

The temperature of the composite roll : generally controlled at 50℃-80℃, the film susceptible is controlled at 50℃-60℃.
