The FLND series is a dual-cylinder inline filter designed for hydraulic systems, particularly suited for applications requiring high oil cleanliness. Its primary function is to remove contaminants such as metal particles from component wear and rubber impurities from seals, ensuring clean oil returns to the reservoir and extending the lifespan of hydraulic components.

1.Technical Specification

1.1 Filter Housing

Construction

SDFLND Duplex inline filter consists of a filter head with built-in change-over valve and screw-in filter bowls. Standard filter is without bypass valve, but with plugs for vent and drain when delivery.

1.2 Filter Element

Filter elements are available with the following pressure stability values

BN/HC:20bar W/HC:20bar

2.General

Mounting: as inline filter

Temperature range: -30°C~+100°C

Pressure setting of clogging indicator: ΔPa=5bar-10%(others on request)

Pressure setting of bypass valve: ΔPo=7bar+0.5bar (others on request)
