The isobaric filling machine is scientific and reasonable in design, beautiful in appearance, complete in function, convenient in operation and maintenance, and highly automated. Advanced technologies from Italy and Germany are comprehensively adopted. The filling speed is fast and the liquid level is controlled stably. For example, if there is no bottle, the filling valve will be closed automatically if there is no bottle, and if the bottle explodes during gas flushing or filling, and there are advanced automatic control technologies such as automatic flushing. The cylinder is lifted by bottle carrier and driven by oil nylon gear, with low noise and stable operation of the whole machine. The magnetic torque type cap screwing head is adopted to realize the functions of cap gripping and cap screwing. The cap screwing torque is stepless adjustable and has the function of sealing plastic cap with constant torque without damaging the cap. The seal is tight and reliable. The horizontal rotary pneumatic cap trimmer has the functions of not damaging the surface of the bottle cap and automatically replenishing the cap when the cap is missing in the hopper. The isobaric filling machine generally maintains a certain filling pressure in the storage tank. When the container to be filled enters the filling machine, the container is inflated first. The gas can be either compressed air or carbon dioxide, preferably carbon dioxide. When the pressure in the container is consistent with the pressure in the storage tank, that is, the liquid is filled with the self-weight of the liquid through the open filling valve. During the filling process, the gas in the container shall be smoothly exported and returned to the storage tank or gas chamber.
At present, in the food and beverage filling industry, the isobaric filling machine is mostly used, and the specific work flow is as follows:
(1) Initial position: the bottle has not contacted the filling valve, and all gas and liquid channels are closed.
(2) Inflation pressure: the bottle and the filling valve cover rise to the predetermined position together. At this time, the rotary fork will open the inflation valve, and the pressure gas will enter the bottle from the annular storage tank through the inflation channel.
(3) Liquid injection and gas return: when the pressure in the bottle reaches the pressure of the material storage cylinder, the liquid valve will open automatically, and the material liquid must flow down the bottle wall through the diverter umbrella. At the same time, the pressure gas replaced in the bottle will return to the liquid injection cylinder through the return pipe. When the liquid level in the bottle reaches the lower port of the return pipe, the liquid injection will be completed.
(4) Valve closing: the rotary fork closes the pressure gas valve and the hydraulic valve.
(5) Inflation: the top carbon dioxide filling valve is opened, and carbon dioxide or other inert gases are filled into the bottle from the annular tank to drive away the air at the bottleneck.
