Equipment Function Introduction
The S37-160-30A energy recovery and sorting cabinet is designed to create an environment for battery charging and discharge testing while saving energy and increasing efficiency. The S37-160-30A contains 160 independent channels to allow testing without interference (constant current source and constant voltage source, respectively independent) to stabilize testing conditions. Every testing machine uses a STM32 microcontroller, and everything is automatically recorded and saved, which means it has a computer enabled support shop and store files (testing data and curves). A keyboard is used for all the testing and sorting operations. The four-wire test interface allows for high measurement accuracy and also has power failure protection capability, which means the performance can hold up during a power failure condition, and the device can continue to work after the power has been restored. The graphical user interface has active visualization of data ( voltage, current, time and capacity per battery).
