Outdoor Leather Effect Polyester Thermoset Powder Coating

Powder coatings are completely different from ordinary coatings in the form of fine powder.Because no solvent is used, it is called powder coating.

OPERATION METHOD

Pre- treatment:

1. Steel material : oil disposing and rust removing , phosphorization treatment

2. Aluminum : derosination and chromating treatment

* Test the pre- treatment in every two hours , testing methods should in comply with the drug supplier or according to user manual of our pre- treatment

Electrostatic spray:

1. Spray distance :150-300mm

2. Spray pressure : 0.2-0.5Mpa

3. Voltage : 50-80KV

Curing conditions : 190degree * 15min (material temperature)

Also ,we have some other special powder coating,like Glitter Silver Thermosetting Powder Coating,Glitter Gold Thermosetting Powder Coating,Silver Flower Thermosetting Powder Coating,Bronze Thermosetting Powder Coating.
