According to resin type ,Our products can be divided into epoxy powder coating , Polyester Powder Coating,Hybrid Powder Coating.Each resin type can have different gloss,such as High Gloss Powder Paint,Flat Gloss Powder Paint,Semi-gloss Powder Paint,Matte Powder Paint.

Pre- treatment:
1. Steel material : oil disposing and rust removing , phosphorization treatment
2. Aluminum : derosination and chromating treatment
* Test the pre- treatment in every two hours , testing methods should in comply with the drug supplier or according to user manual of our pre- treatment
Electrostatic spray:
1. Spray distance :150-300mm
2. Spray pressure : 0.2-0.5Mpa
3. Voltage : 50-80KV
Curing conditions : 190degree * 15min (material temperature)
