Solid Rubber Silicone Mixing Machine

The Solid Silicone Mixing Machine is for mixing the solid silicone and agent and colors, after mixing all the material, can be made for the silicone products. The roller diameter is about 144*580mm, the roller line speed is 25.65 m/min, and the roller speed is 20 rpm. The machine can mix the material about 25 KG per time.

There're several process to make a perfect silicone product.
1. Process solid silicone material, mixing with gum machine and then using cutting machine to cut the material to suitable piece in order to reduce waste.
2. Process the liquid silicone,mixing and then vacuum
3. Fill the liquid silicone material into mold.
4. Baking the liquid silicone to 70% cook.

5. Put the finished solid silicone material on the mold and then heat pressing with hydraulic machine.
