Classification of injection molding machines

(2) Vertical injection molding machine: its feature is that the axis of the clamping device and the injection device are aligned and perpendicular to the ground. It has the advantages of small floor area, convenient mold assembly and disassembly, easy insert installation, uniform plasticization of materials falling from the hopper, easy automation and automatic line management of multiple machines, etc. The disadvantage is that the ejected products are not easy to fall off automatically, which often need to be taken out manually or by other methods, and it is not easy to realize fully automatic operation and large product injection; The height of the machine is inconvenient for feeding and maintenance.


(3) Angle standard injection molding machine: the axes of the injection device and the clamping device are arranged vertically with each other. According to the relative position between the center line of the injection assembly and the base surface, there are horizontal, vertical and horizontal types: ① horizontal type, the injection assembly line is parallel to the base surface, while the center line of the clamping assembly is vertical to the base surface; ② In vertical and horizontal type, the center line of the injection assembly is perpendicular to the base plane, while the center line of the clamping assembly is parallel to the base plane. The advantage of the angle injection machine is that it has the advantages of both horizontal and vertical injection machines, and is especially suitable for the mold with asymmetric geometric shape products with side gate.
