PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hot-dip Galvanized Steel coils, also known as zinc coated Steel Coils, is to dip a thin Steel Sheet into a molten zinc bath to make a layer of zinc adhere to its surface. Hot dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet In Coil is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel sheet is continuously dipped in a plating tank with molten zinc to make Galvanized Steel Sheet and alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel panel is also made by hot dip method, but it is heated to about 500℃ immediately after coming out of the tank, so that it can form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coils have good paint adhesion and weldability.
