Precision annealing refers to the technology of cold drawn precision steel tubes and precision bright steel tubes, which are annealed according to the customer's requirements for flexibility. Annealing is divided into open flame annealing and oxygen free annealing.
Open fire annealing is to burn the furnace body to the temperature of steel pipe from 800 to 1100 degrees, to achieve the softness required by customers.
Oxygen free annealing can not only achieve the softness, so that customers can use at ease, but also will not produce oxide skin.

The oxygen free annealing furnace adopts the method of electric heating, pre vacuumizing and protecting atmosphere, and isothermal spheroidizing annealing furnace realizes the oxidation free annealing of workpieces by preheating the front and rear vacuum nitrogen protection. The equipment has the characteristics of low atmosphere consumption, low energy consumption, clean subsequent processing, fast and uniform heating speed, which greatly shortens the annealing process time, so that there is little oxidative decarburization of the workpiece after annealing, and the increased depth of the depleted carbon layer is ≤ 0.05mm. The annealing quality is superior to the requirements of JB/T1255-2001 and other standards. The metallographic structure is fine and evenly distributed, realizing the purpose of high efficiency, high quality, low consumption and automatic continuous production of spheroidizing annealing. Cold rolled strip annealed in protective atmosphere without oxidation and decarburization on the surface. The protective atmosphere includes a single inert gas argon or helium, and also a mixed gas CO-H2-N
