DL-278 Mosaic MOP watch dial

This Mosaic Mother of Pearl watch dial is very complex procedure to make it. there are many shapes like puzzle pieces. then to put each piece like puzzle to be a complete dial. each shape of puzzle needs to make a mould for it. then cut them one by one. Firstly need to check how many shapes from drawing, then make them accordingly. the more precise work is to puzzle them in the dial by hand and sort the MOP piece same or similar colors in one dial. then you can see the whole dial color is consistent and harmony. you would not put the pink or red color to a green or blue dial. due to these jointed pieces, the MOP luster is random and give you a big surprise for final effect. if there are applied index on dial, after puzzle the dial, need to drill the holes for index on dial. others are in same process of normal watch dial. this dial fits the Luxury watch or business man's watch how do you think?
