Automatic locking screw machine

Automatic locking screw machine, also known as automatic screw locking machine, automatic screw tightening machine, automatic screwing machine, automatic screw fastening machine, etc. It can tighten screws, nuts, plugs and thread inserts automatically, and can assembly the gasket, washers automatically too.

It is customized according to the workpiece and screws, and tighten the screws in three ways: Pneumatic blowing,  Pneumatic suction, Blowing and suction, so also know as Pneumatic Automatic Screw Lock Machine, Automatic Pneumatic Screw Locking Machine,Automatic Air Suction Screw Locking Machine.

The automatic locking screw machine can be equipped with electric screwdriver and servo screwdriver.

If with servo screwdriver servo control tightening, display final torque and speed, torque and speed can be set in sections.

The servo tightening system needs to perform tasks through servo motors, PLCs, and drives, and can run complex algorithms. 

The torque control is more precise, the torque value can be given in real time, and the action is executed according to the torque reference value to complete the high standard and difficult lock work.

Composition
1) Automatic feeder (responsible for screw screening, arrangement, detection, material distribution, transportation and other processes, which is an important link to replace manual screw removal.)
2) Locking mechanism (electric batch, wind batch or servo motor.)
3) Power supply electrical box (PLC control (or single-chip microcomputer) is used to realize the cooperative operation of automatic feeding and locking mechanism, so as to realize the effect of automatic feeding and automatic locking screw.)
4) Positioning system (Ensure that the screw can be accurately screwed into the screw hole of the product, and the positioning is completed by multiple accessories such as the workbench, fixture, and fixture, and is designed according to the shape and characteristics of the product.)
