High quality advanced ceramic shim

This advanced ceramic shim is made of 95%, 99% or 99.5% aluminum oxide ceramics,  it can be formed by automatic hot pressing or dry pressing with dense ceramic body.

We are able to build varity of ceramic shim as per customer drawing and specification, sometimes, we will take use of some high precision manufacturing processes to deal with these ceramic plate, like fine grinding, high precision cutting and drilling. Whatever it's a prototyping project or costing down ones. All of ceramic shim we manufactured have a very uniform dimensional consistency.
