How to make Glitter watch dial?

1. Cut the dial diameter acc to customer's requirement. with dial legs acc to movement drawing, and to polish and process it to be a smooth and flat surface. This will make it easier to apply the glitter.
2. Clean the watch dial thoroughly with a soft cloth to remove any dirt, dust or oils.
3. Apply a thin layer of glue or adhesive to the watch dial. You can use a clear or colored glue depending on the look you want to achieve.
4. Sprinkle glitter over the glue, making sure to cover the entire surface evenly. You can use one color of glitter or mix different colors for a more unique look or gradient look or Fume effect. depends on what effect you want to have. 
5. Allow the glue and glitter to dry completely. This may take a few hours or overnight, depending on the type of glue you used.
6. Once the glue is dry, gently shake off any excess glitter. You can also use a soft brush to remove any stubborn glitter particles.
7. Seal the glitter with a clear varnish or sealant to prevent it from falling off or fading over time.

8. Printing or assembly the index on dial

considering above steps, it is more complex than normal painting watch dial or printing watch dial. but there are more DIY element for it. you can choose the colors and design to make it.
