Polycarbonate Key Features:

Clear as glass, exceptionally high impact strength (200 times stronger than glass), tough , heat and flame resistant, dimensionally stable, good electrical and high & low temperature properties

PC 1000 polycarbonate rod sheet Applications:

Machine guards, safety glasses, windows, meter and equipment housings, shields for motorcycles, boats, etc. , electrical connectors and insulator blocks.

Fabricating:

Machines, routes and cuts easily, vacuum formable , can be cold and heat formed, stamping & die-cutting, easily glued, cut and painted.

Standard Sheet Grade: Tuffak® GP

TUFFAK® GP polycarbonate sheet is a polished surface, UV stabilized, transparent polycarbonate product. It features outstanding impact strength, superior dimensional stability, high temperature resistance, and high clarity. This lightweight thermoformable sheet is also easy to fabricate and decorate. The terms of the TUFFAK® GP Limited Product Warranty is available upon request.

Tuffak® LF – low flammability , UV stable grade

TUFFAK® LF polycarbonate sheet is a flame inhibiting UV stable low flammability product. It meets the stringent UL 94 V-0 rating at 0.080″ thickness, and conforms to FAR 25.853 (a), 1, (i) and (a), 1, (ii).

Tuffak® OP – High Optical quality grade , UV stabilized

Tuffak® FD – FDA approved for food contact, not UV stable

Tuffak® AR – polycarbonate sheet offers higher abrasion resistance and surface hardness to polycarbonate’s inherent performance benefits of impact, strength and clarity.

TUFFAK® AR abrasion resistant features a proprietary hard coat technology that offers protection against chemical and UV attack. Over its lifecycle, this results in a significant reduction in maintenance cost and liability risk versus other glazing material.
