Stainless steel intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter also plays a great role in the automation industry.
Some important industries, such as petroleum, metallurgy, printing and dyeing, medicine, water treatment and many other industrial sites,can see its figure. As we all know, the working principle of electromagnetic flowmeters is based on Farady's electromagnetic induction principle. A pair of detection electrodes are installed on the tube wall perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube and the magnetic force line. When the conductive liquid moves along the axis of the measuring tube, the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic force line to generate the induced potential, which is detected by the two detection electrodes, and the value is directly proportional to the velocity.
The sensor takes the induced electromotive force as the flow signal and transmits it to the converter. After signal processing, such as amplification, transform filtration,instantaneous flow and cumulative flow are displayed by dot matrix LCD with backlight.
The measurement accuracy of stainless steel intelligent electromagnetic flowmeters is not affected by changes of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal is linear with the average flow rate, so the measuring accuracy is high. There’s n o clocking parts in the measuring tube of the Stainless steel intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, so there’s no additional pressure loss; there are no moving parts in the measuring pipe, so the sensor life is very long.
Since the induced voltage signal of the stainless steel intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is formed in the entire space full of magnetic fields, is the average value of the pipe section, so the straight pipe section required by the sensor is shorter, the length is 5 times the diameter of the measuring tube.
In the sensor part of the stainless steel electromagnetic flowmeter, only lining and electrode contact the measured liquid, so, as long as the electrode and lining material are reasonably selected, it can be resistant to corrosion and wear.
