PVC Card Uncoated Overlay Film:

PVC card overlay is translucent. PVC uncoated overlay film is widely used for card making and laminating, both side glossy and smooth, which without coating and glue. PVC uncoated overlay film can be laminated with partially or less-printed PVC sheets. With the right lamination parameter setting, it can also gain high adhesion strength, it is used as a protective layer for the finished cards, the cards will have no color fading and deformation. It features much longer aging time, It is also suitable for laying magnetic stripes on its surface with dry coating surface. It can ensure better legibility of anti-fake marks on card surface.

Package and Storage:

Our PVC film rolls are packed with PE film and pallets, custom packaing is available.

The films can be used for a long time, if they are stored in well-sealed bag at room temperature below 40℃ 

Keep them away from direct sunlight.

Keep it horizontally, avoid heavy pressing.
