Q215 welded pipe is a kind of carbon structural steel. Q represents the yield of this material, and 215 represents the yield strength of 215MPa, which decreases with the increase of the thickness of the material.
Q215 is generally delivered in hot rolled, controlled rolled or normal condition. Due to the moderate carbon content of Q215, better comprehensive performance, strength, plasticity and welding properties are better match, the most widely used. It is often used in the manufacture of rivets, anchor bolts, stoves, ploughs and welding parts and stamping parts with little force.
This kind of steel output is the largest, very wide use, more rolled into plate, profile (round, square, flat, work, groove, Angle, etc.) and profile and manufacturing welded steel pipe. Mainly used in building, bridge, ship and other building structure and general fluid pipeline. This kind of steel is generally used without heat treatment.
Rolled carbon steel coil is an iron-carbon alloy with a carbon content of 0.0218%~2.11%, also known as carbon steel. It also contains small amounts of silicon, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus. In general, the higher the carbon content of carbon steel, the greater thehardness, the higher the strength, but the lower the plasticity.
