Trading Information 

Hardfacing Bimetal Composite Plate is composed by A36 steel plate as matrix and Chromium Carbide particles and Austenite as hard face. It is our newly developed wear resistant material which wide used in coal mine, power plant, cement industry, metallurgy, glass industry and chemical industry etc..

Chemical of Hardfacing of our Bimetal Composite Plate is:

C: 3.5-4.0%; Cr: 30-40%; Balance is our special made Austenite.

From the microstructure analysis, we can see the Chromium Carbide particles evenly distributed in the material of Austenite. It will greatly improve the strength, wear resistance,erosion resistance and impact resistance of the products.

1.       Patented material formula of granule and powder metallurgy process. Even surface without weld bead.

2.        Excellent wear resistance, Erosion resistance, Impact resistance, no material hang-on and

 good performance in temp. under 600ºC

3.       Dense alloy layer with no pore, no slag inclusion, low friction coefficient

4.       Low Dilution rate and hardness gradient between metal layer, high metallurgy binding strength 

up to 300MPa adapt to middle impact and erosion conditions.
