Purpose
1. This machine is a specialized equipment for laminating cardboard and cardboard, especially suitable for processing thick cardboard, capable of laminating 120-2500 grams of cardboard.
2. High fitting accuracy, the finished product after fitting has the advantages of flat paper surface, neat edges, strong hardness, and high fastness.
3. Fast fitting speed, capable of working with two workstations simultaneously, doubling its efficiency. The position can be adjusted for single and dual channel operation, making it convenient and fle*ible.
4. It can adapt to the use of various types of glue, and the glue supply system is automatically controlled by a liquid level relay. The thickness of the glue layer is adjustable, and the glue is evenly applied, saving glue usage.
5. The motor uses an AC frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, the electromagnetic clutch is driven by a contactless solid-state device, the travel position is detected by a photoelectric switch, the electronic digital counter accumulates and counts, and the photoelectric paper empty sheet protection function is used.
6. Reasonable structure, convenient use, simple operation, and easy maintenance. When working, as long as the bottom and top paper are placed in place, the entire process of gluing, laminating, and flattening can be automatically completed.
