2 year agoAs is know ,black garlic is made through black garlic machine.Black garlic machine is also called called black garlic fermenting machine or black garlic fermenter.Our black garilc machine is unique because that we use anhydrous fermenting technology to make black garlic.HY-400 is a kind of middle capacity machine.
Our black garlic fermentation machine is composed of heating system, control system, and fan system.On the top of hte machine,they are fan system which consists circulation fan, exhaust fan as well as air inlet valve.Besides ,the distribution cabinet is also installed on the top of the machine.
The process cycle of our machine is about 18-20 days which mainly includes fermenting and drying process.We just need to put fresh garlic in the trays and then put the trays on the fermenting racks and then turn on the power.The machine will run from fermenting to drying process automatically .All these programs are controlled by the PLC control system through the touch screen.It can be used for making whole black garlic as well as peeled black garlic cloves.
