By softening the plastic sheets at high temperatures and using vacuum adsorption, the plastic sheets are adsorbed onto the mold to form the desired shape. Therefore, vacuum forming technology can be used to manufacture golf ball roofs.



The process of manufacturing a golf ball roof typically includes the following steps:



1. Design mold: Design the corresponding mold according to the required shape and size of the golf ball roof.

Prepare plastic sheets: Select suitable plastic sheet materials and cut them into sizes that match the shape of the mold.

Heating plastic sheets: Heat the plastic sheets to a certain temperature to soften them.

Vacuum adsorption: Place the softened plastic sheet on the mold and start the vacuum pump to tightly adhere the plastic sheet to the mold through vacuum adsorption.

 Cooling and Curing: Wait for the plastic sheet to cool and solidify, keeping it in the desired shape.

 Take out the finished product: Open the mold and take out the formed golf ball roof
