Structural characteristics for wet wire drawing machine

(1) Power control: The main motor is controlled by a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, which can be adjusted arbitrarily. The computer LCD panel displays the current main engine extension speed.

The winding motor is equipped with a separate frequency converter, which drives precision resistance through the rotation of the tension rod. The signal of resistance value change is automatically calculated under the control of the PC board. The command is given to the winding frequency converter to immediately adjust the motor speed to keep the tension rod stable and adjust the optimal tension to maintain even winding tension.

(3) Transmission mode: All machines are driven by synchronous belts.
