Efficient heat transfer plate heat exchanger

The Standard Plate Heat Exchanger is composed of a set of corrugated metal plates with four corner holes on the plate, through which two liquid (gas) bodies of heat exchange pass. The metal plate is mounted in a frame with a fixed plate and a movable compression plate on the side and is clamped with a clamping bolt. The plate is equipped with a sealing gasket to seal the fluid channel and guide the fluid alternately into the respective channel. At the beginning, the gasket plate heat exchanger is mainly used in milk processing, food and beverage processing, beer processing, pharmaceutical processing and other industries, because of its small footprint, easy disassembly, cleaning and other characteristics, it has been widely used in iron and steel metallurgy, energy management, petrochemical, shipbuilding and other industries. Plate heat exchanger plates can be combined according to needs to form different flow modes to adapt to different heat transfer requirements. Plate heat exchanger gaskets are used to ensure that fluids do not mix with each other.
