This equipment is a flat head chamfering machine for our company's self-developed 219-2020mm high-grade spiral welded pipe production line. Currently, it has applied for a national patent (patent number: ZL201120032174.8). The flat head chamfering machine has absorbed mature and reliable advanced processes and technologies from the international community, with the main goal of mechanical flat head chamfering of steel pipe end faces.

This flat head chamfering machine adopts a head to head arrangement, with flat heads chamfering at both ends, and the center of the steel pipe is fixed

The steel pipes transported from the roller table are initially positioned on the roller table, and the pipe puller moves the steel pipes from the roller table to the platform. Roll onto the flat head machine adapter.

The steel pipe falls into the lower clamping seat of the clamping device, and the upper clamping seat clamps the steel pipe. The machine heads on both sides are started, and when the fast forward movement is close to the outer end of the steel pipe end face, the manual operation is transferred to the work progress, and the two ends of the steel pipe are chamfered with a flat head. After observing that the end face is flush, the machine head quickly retracts (manually). After completion, the clamping device opens.
The pipe puller pulls out the steel pipe, and at this point, the flat end chamfering process of a steel pipe is all completed.
